Public limited company AEGEAN AIRLINES SA, with registered offices at 31 Viltanioti Street, Kifissia, Attica,, (hereinafter referred to as the 'Organiser'), is organizing, the promotional activity “AEGEAN calling” (hereinafter “The activation”), which will commence on Tuesday, May 28th 2019 at 09:00 and will be completed on Tuesday, May 28th 2019 at 21:00.

The above mentioned Activation, is conducted within the context of the 20 years anniversary celebration of “The Organizing Company”. The concept of the Competition is that employees of “The Organiser” will call on the telephone 100 members of the Loyalty Program of “The Organiser” – Miles+Bonus – which will be randomly selected through a draw from random.org. The purpose of the call is to offer to each one of the members selected, two (2) round trip tickets as a gratitude gift for their loyalty and preference to the “The Organiser”. The draw is conducted among members of the Loyalty Program that have already provided their consent for receiving communication from/to “The Organiser”. 

Terms and Conditions

• Tickets are offered in Economy Class (round trip) within Aegean Airlines domestic and international network.
• Tickets are offered on a Space Confirmed basis (N class) and cannot be issued ‘open’. Change of tickets may only occur on dates and departure hours. Changes regarding routes or class of travel are unaccepted. For changes after ticket issuance a reissue, fee of 20€ will apply.
• The airport taxes and fees are included in the offer. 
• The winner and the accompanying person should travel on the same flight, same day and time.
• The trip should be made until 31/05/2020. Blackout periods are: 1/7/19-31/8/19, 24/10/19-29/10/19, 22/12/19-7/1/20, 28/02/20-03/03/20, 24/03/20-26/03/20, 10/04/20-22/04/20, 30/04/20-03/05/20
• Ticket bookings and issuing are subject to space availability on the selected travel dates.

• Tickets are not re-sellable or transferable. Tickets can be used for flights operated by Aegean Airlines. Change of carrier is not permitted.
• Any ticket that is not used by any reason is canceled and the winner can claim a new ticket or a refund.
• The air carrier’s liability is limited according to applicable law.
