As of 16th April 2019, Old Market St. will exit the Miles+Bonus program. As a result, after this date, Miles+Bonus members will be unable to earn miles for meals at Old Market St. 

Miles+Bonus members will be allowed to claim miles until 16th April 2020 for meals up to 16th April 2019.
