SPECIAL FARE CONDITIONS FOR SALE OVER THE INTERNET

The rules and fares presented concern those who use the AEGEAN website to purchase a ticket.

Through the online reservation management system, you can see and even modify, if you so wish, the ticket you purchased from AEGEAN’s website.

For codeshare flights, the fare rules shall apply as per section 4; terms of transfer and baggage allowance of the company operating the flight apply.

1.    DOMESTIC NETWORK

1.1. Business Class Fare conditions for sale over the Internet

•    Minimum stay: There is no limitation.
•    Maximum stay: Return travel from last stopover point must commence no later than 12 months after departure from fare origin.

a) Penalties - Changes/Cancellations (C, D, Z, A): Cancellation before departure is allowed free of charge. It is allowed to change the date, flight or route, at any time, at the same booking class free of charge, or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares.

b) Refund: It is allowed. For all refundable tickets, there is a €20 service fee for ticket refund for domestic and international flights.

c) Discounts for children/infants: Children (aged 2 to 12) pay 67% of the adult fare. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.

1.2. Economy Class Fare conditions for sale over the Internet

•    Minimum stay: There is no limitation.
•    Maximum stay: Return travel from last stopover point must commence no later than 12 months after departure from fare origin.

a) Penalties - Changes/Cancellations:
i.    Flex Fare (Y, B, M, H, Q, V, L, K, S, T, U, P Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route, at any time, at the same booking class free of charge, or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares. In case of no-show, there is no extra charge.
ii.    GoLight Fare (Y, B, M, H, Q, V, L, K, S, T, U, P Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route prior to departure with a charge of €40 (per passenger and per direction) at the same booking class or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares plus €40 (per passenger and per direction). It is allowed only for the same fare group as the original (GoLight). In case of no-show, there can be no change in the date, flight or route.

b) Refund:
i.    Flex Fare (Y, B, M, H, Q, V, L, K, S, T, U, P Class): The fare and taxes are refunded. There is a €45 cancellation penalty per direction, paid by the passenger to the company.
ii.    GoLight Fare (Y, B, M, H, Q, V, L, K, S, T, U, P Class): The amount of taxes is refunded. There is a €20 service fee for ticket refund per ticket, paid by the passenger to the company.

c) Discounts for children/infants:
i.    Flex Fare (Y, B, M, H, Q, V Class): Children (aged 2 to 12) pay 67% of the adult fare. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
ii.    Flex Fare (L, K, S, T, U, P Class): There is no discounted fare for children. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
iii.    GoLight Fare (Y, B, M, H, Q, V Class): Children (aged 2 to 12) pay 67% of the adult fare. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
iv.    GoLight Fare (L, K, S, T, U, P Class): There is no discounted fare for children. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.

2.    PUBLIC SERVICE ROUTES

Destinations of public service routes:
Athens from/to Karpathos, Ikaria, Naxos, Sitia, Skiathos, Kithira, Leros, Milos, Paros, Skyros, Zakynthos.
Thessaloniki from/to Chios, Kalamata, Samos.
Rhodes from/to Kastellorizo.

•    Minimum stay: There is no limitation.
•    Maximum stay: Return travel from last stopover point must commence no later than 12 months after departure from fare origin.

a) Penalties - Changes / Cancellations:
Flex Fare  (Y, B, M, H, Q, V, L, K, S, T, U, P Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route, at any time, at the same booking class free of charge, or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares. In case of no-show, there is no extra charge.

b) Refund:
Flex Fare (Y, B, M, H, Q, V, L, K, S, T, U, P Class): The fare and taxes are refunded. There is a €45 cancellation penalty per direction, paid by the passenger to the company.

c) Discounts for children/infants:
i.    Flex Fare  (Y, B, M, H, Q, V, L Class): Children (aged 2 to 12) pay 67% of the adult fare. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
ii.    Flex Fare  (K, S, T, U, P Class): There is no discounted fare for children. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.

3.    INTERNATIONAL NETWORK

3.1. Business Class Fare conditions for sale over the Internet

•    Minimum stay: There is no limitation.
•    Maximum stay: Return travel from last stopover point must commence no later than 12 months after departure from fare origin.

a) Penalties - Changes / Cancellations (C, D, Z, A): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route at the same booking class free of charge or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares. In case of no-show, there is no extra charge.

b) Refund: The fare and taxes are refunded. There is a service fee for ticket refund  of €20 per ticket, paid by the passenger to the company.

c) Discounts for children/infants: Children (aged 2 to 12) pay 67% of the adult fare. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.

3.1.1. Economy Class Fare conditions for sale over the Internet for flights between Greece and Cyprus, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, North Macedonia.

•    Minimum stay: There is no limitation.
•    Maximum stay: Return travel from last stopover point must commence no later than 12 months after departure from fare origin.

a) Penalties - Changes / Cancellations:
i.    Flex Fare (Y, B, M, H, Q, V, L, K, S, T, U, P Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route, at any time, at the same booking class free of charge, or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares. In case of no-show, there is no extra charge.
ii.   GoLight Fare (Y, B, M, H, Q, V, L, K, S, T, U, P Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route prior to departure with a charge of €45 (per passenger and per direction) at the same booking class or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares plus €45 (per passenger and per direction). It is allowed only for the same fare group as the original (GoLight). In case of no-show, there can be no change in the date, flight or route.

c) Discounts for children/infants:
i.    Flex Fare  (Y, B, M, H, Q, V, Class): Children (aged 2 to 12) pay 67% of the adult fare. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
ii.    Flex Fare  (L, K, S, T, U, P Class): There is no discounted fare for children. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
iii.    GoLight Fare (Y, B, M, H, Q, V, Class): Children (aged 2 to 12) pay 67% of the adult fare. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
iv.    GoLight Fare  (L, K, S, T, U, P Class): There is no discounted fare for children. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.

3.1.2. Economy Class Fare conditions for sale over the Internet for flights between Greece and Italy, Austria, Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic, Turkey, Israel, Poland, Switzerland, Lebanon, Jordan, Georgia, Croatia, Malta, Armenia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Montenegro, Tunisia.

•    Minimum stay: There is no limitation.
•    Maximum stay: Return travel from last stopover point must commence no later than 12 months after departure from fare origin.

a) Penalties - Changes / Cancellations:
i.   Flex Fare (Y, B, M, H, Q, V, L, K, S, T, U, P Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route, at any time, at the same booking class free of charge, or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares. In case of no-show, there is no extra charge.
ii. GoLight Fare (Y, B, M, H, Q, V, L, K, S, T, U, P Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route prior to departure with a charge of €60 (per passenger and per direction) at the same booking class or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares plus €60 (per passenger and per direction). 3.1.3.   Economy Class Fare conditions for sale over the Internet for flights between Greece and France, Belgium, United Kingdom, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Norway, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Latvia, Russia, Portugal, Morocco.

•    Minimum stay: There is no limitation.
•   Maximum stay: Return travel from last stopover point must commence no later than 12 months after departure from fare origin.

a) Penalties - Changes / Cancellations:
i.    Flex Fare  (Y, B, M, H, Q, V, L, K, S, T, U, P Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route, at any time, at the same booking class free of charge, or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares. In case of no-show, there is no extra charge.
ii. GoLight Fare (Y, B, M, H, Q, V, L, K, S, T, U, P Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route prior to departure with a charge of €70 (per passenger and per direction) at the same booking class or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares plus €70 (per passenger and per direction). It is allowed only for the same fare group as the original (GoLight). In case of no-show, there can be no change in the date, flight or route.

ii.    Flex Fare (L, K, S, T, U, P Class): There is no discounted fare for children. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
iii.    GoLight Fare (Y, B, M, H, Q, V Class): Children (aged 2 to 12) pay 67% of the adult fare. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
iv.    GoLight Fare (L, K, S, T, U, P Class): There is no discounted fare for children. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.

3.1.4.   Economy Class Fare conditions for sale over the Internet for flights between Greece or any international origin (as stated in paragraphs 3.1.1. & 3.1.2.) and Egypt. Also, for flights originating Greece or any international origin (as stated in paragraphs 3.1.1. & 3.1.2.) to Saudi Arabia.

•    Minimum stay: There is no limitation.
•   Maximum stay: Return travel from last stopover point must commence no later than 12 months after departure from fare origin.

a) Penalties - Changes / Cancellations:
i.    FLEX Fare  (Y / B / M / H Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route, at any time, at the same booking class free of charge, or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares. In case of no-show, there is a charge of €50.
ii.    SAVER Fare  (Q / V / / L / K Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route at any time with a charge of €50 per direction in the same booking class or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares plus €50 per direction. In this case, the non-refundable amount remains non-refundable. In case of no-show, there is a charge of €50.
iii.    SAVER Fare (S / T / U / P Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route at any time with a charge of €50 per direction  at the same booking class or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares plus €50 per direction. In this case, the non-refundable amount remains non-refundable. In case of no-show, no change in the reservation is allowed.

i.    FLEX Fare (Y / B / M / H / Q / V / Class): Children (aged 2 to 12) pay 67% of the adult fare. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
ii.    SAVER Fare (L / K / S / T / U / P Class): There is no discounted fare for children. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.

3.1.5.   Economy Class Fare conditions for sale over the Internet for flights originating Saudi Arabia to Greece or any international destination (as stated in paragraphs 3.1.1. & 3.1.2.).

•    Minimum stay: There is no limitation.
•    Maximum stay: Return travel from last stopover point must commence no later than 12 months after departure from fare origin.

a) Penalties - Changes / Cancellations:
i.    FLEX Fare (Y / B / M / H Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route, at any time, at the same booking class free of charge, or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares. In case of no-show, there is a charge of €50.
ii.    SAVER Fare  (Q / V / / L / K Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route at any time with a charge of €50 per direction at the same booking class or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares plus €50 per direction. In this case, the non-refundable amount remains non-refundable. In case of no-show, there is a charge of €50.
iii.    SAVER Fare  (S / T / U / P Class): It is allowed to change the date, flight or route prior to departure with a charge of €50  per direction  in the same booking class or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares plus €50 per direction. In this case, the non-refundable remains non-refundable. In case of no-show, no change in the reservation is allowed.

c) Discounts for children/infants:
i.    FLEX Fare (Y / B / M / H / Q / V / Class): Children (aged 2 to 12) pay 67% of the adult fare. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
ii.    SAVER Fare (L / K / S / T / U / P Class): There is no discounted fare for children. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.

4. CODE SHARE FLIGHTS

4.1. Business Class Fare conditions for sale over the Internet for codeshare flights.

•    Minimum stay: There is no limitation.
•    Maximum stay: Return travel from last stopover point must commence no later than 12 months after departure from fare origin.

a) Penalties - Changes / Cancellations (C / D / Z Class): It is allowed to change the date or flight at the same booking class free of charge or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares. In case of no-show, there is no extra charge.

b) Refund: The fare and taxes are refunded. There is a service fee for ticket refund of €20 per ticket, paid by the passenger to the company.

c) Discounts for children/infants: Children (aged 2 to 12) pay 67% of the adult fare. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.

4.2. Economy Class Fare conditions for sale over the Internet for codeshare flights (incl. GR domestic*) with:
Air Baltic* / Ethiopian Airlines / Etihad Airways* / Bulgaria Air* / Gulf Air* / Air Serbia* / Lufthansa / Swiss International Airlines / Egyptair* / Tarom / Austrian Airlines / Siberia Airlines* / Scandinavian Airlines* / Brussels Airlines / Turkish Airlines / Tap Portugal* / Oman Air*

Note: Exceptions apply for Lufthansa & Brussels Airlines. For details and conditions, please refer to paragraph 4.4.

•    Minimum stay: There is no limitation.
•    Maximum stay: Return travel from last stopover point must commence no later than 12 months after departure from fare origin.

a) Penalties - Changes / Cancellations:
 i.    FLEX Fare (Y / B / M / H Class): It is allowed to change the date or flight at any time, at the same booking class free of charge, or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares. In case of no-show, there is a charge of €100.
ii.    SAVER Fare (Q / V / L / K Class): It is allowed to change the date or flight at any time with a charge of €75 per direction in the same booking class or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares plus €75 per direction. In this case, the non-refundable amount remains non-refundable. In case of no-show, there is a charge of €100.
iii.    SAVER Fare (S / T / U / P Class): It is allowed to change the date or flight at any time with a charge of €75 per direction at the same booking class or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares plus €75 per direction. In this case, the non-refundable amount remains non-refundable. In case of no-show, no change in the reservation is allowed.

iii.  SAVER Fare (Q / V / / L / K / S / T / U / P Class): The amount of taxes is refunded. There is a service fee for ticket refund of €20 per ticket, paid by the passenger to the company.

c) Discounts for:
i.    FLEX Fare (Y / B / M / H / Class): Children (aged 2 to 12) pay 67% of the adult fare. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
ii.   SAVER Fare (Q / V Class): Children (aged 2 to 12) pay 67% of the adult fare. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
iii.  SAVER Fare (L / K / S / T / U / P Class): There is no discounted fare for children. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.

4.3. Economy Class Fare conditions for sale over the Internet for codeshare flights (incl. GR domestic*) with:
Air Canada* / Singapore Airlines* / Hainan Airlines

•    Minimum stay: There is no limitation.
•    Maximum stay: Return travel from last stopover point must commence no later than 12 months after departure from fare origin.

a) Penalties - Changes / Cancellations:
 i.    FLEX Fare (Y / B / M / H Class): It is allowed to change the date or flight at any time, at the same booking class free of charge, or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares. In case of no-show, there is a charge of €200.
ii.    SAVER Fare (Q / V / L / K Class): It is allowed to change the date or flight at any time with a charge of €200 per direction in the same booking class or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares plus €200 per direction. In this case, the non-refundable amount remains non-refundable. In case of no-show, there is a charge of €200.
iii.    SAVER Fare (S / T / U / P Class): It is allowed to change the date or flight at any time with a charge of €200 per direction at the same booking class or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares plus €200 per direction. In this case, the non-refundable amount remains non-refundable. In case of no-show, no change in the reservation is allowed.

i.    FLEX Fare (Y / B / M / H / Class): Children (aged 2 to 12) pay 67% of the adult fare. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
ii.   SAVER Fare (Q / V Class): Children (aged 2 to 12) pay 67% of the adult fare. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
iii.  SAVER Fare (L / K / S / T / U / P Class): There is no discounted fare for children. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.

 i.    FLEX Fare (Y / B / M / H Class): It is allowed to change the date or flight at any time, at the same booking class free of charge, or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares. In case of no-show, there is a charge of €100.

ii.    SAVER Fare (Q / V / L / K / S / T / U / P Class): It is allowed to change the date or flight at any time, at the same booking class free of charge, or at the highest class available by paying the difference between the two fares. In case of no-show, there is a charge of €100.

i.    FLEX Fare (Y / B / M / H / Class): Children (aged 2 to 12) pay 67% of the adult fare. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
ii.   SAVER Fare (Q / V Class): Children (aged 2 to 12) pay 67% of the adult fare. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
iii.  SAVER Fare (L / K / S / T / U / P Class): There is no discounted fare for children. Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.

GENERAL TERMS

- The maximum number of baggage allowance per passenger is five (5).

- For each transaction via the AEGEAN Call Center, there is a service fee for ticket issuance
