You can also redeem your miles against free stays online! Login to your Miles+Bonus account and submit an online redemption request, at least 2 working days prior to the required date, in accordance with the rates in the following table. Afterwards, the hotel will inform you regarding the acceptance or rejection of your request. In case of request acceptance, the corresponding award miles will be automatically deducted from your account.

All above rates are per room per night and include  breakfast, taxes and VAT, except the accommodation tax fee per room per night, which must be paid directly from the member to the reception upon check in. 
The member must pay the all additional charges prior to the checkout and departure from the hotel.

Extra Charges
- Children aged 0–1.99 years, accommodated free of charge in their parents’ room
- The 1st and 2nd child aged 2–11.99 years are being charged 50% of the extra person cost
- The accommodation cost for a 3rd or additional adult is subject to a 30% discount on the per-person rate.
